Creating three flats to house people in care.

My favourite project so far. Chester Road was a tired 3-storey office building, which we converted to three modern and spacious flats under permitted development.

The building is being utilised as a whole for a renowned North West care provider, who look after adults with learning difficulties or mental health issues. We are proud to be able to use our knowledge and experience creating high-quality homes for the private rental market to house people in care. The provider commented that these flats were the best out of all the homes they have been given to home the tenants they look after.

Commercial Overview

Upon completion of works, we have refinanced onto a long-term mortgage product, releasing almost all of our original investment. The property is now leased for 5-10 years on a FRI lease, meaning minimal outgoings and a hands-off investment moving forward.
